Cartoon Baby Lady is a lifestyle blogger and entrepreneur. She shares insights into her hobbies, personal life and business with her followers. She is disabled. Her carer is currently a woman named PJ, who is responsible for many of her injuries. CBL says she's the only assistance her medical insurance can provide for now.
